Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime online (iq-report.com/account → Billing → Cancel) or by email to [email protected]. There are no further charges after cancellation. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your membership starts with a 3-day trial for $1.25 and then renews automatically at $29.99 every month until you cancel. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged $29.99. Step-by-step instructions are on our How to cancel page.

We give a full refund of any charge within 14 days if you:

• could not access the service,
• were charged twice, or
• did not authorize the charge.

Other refund requests are reviewed case by case.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and reach your card in 3–5 business days.
