How to Cancel

1. Sign in at iq-report.com/account.
2. Open Billing.
3. Select Cancel membership.

Your cancellation is instant. You will see a confirmation on screen right away, and we also send a confirmation email.

You can also email [email protected] or call +1 (775) 618-4747 (Mon–Fri 9 AM–5 PM PT) from the email address on your account and ask us to cancel. We reply within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).

• There are no further charges after cancellation.
• Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If you cancel during your 3-day trial, you will not be charged $29.99.

If you could not access the service, were charged twice, or did not authorize a charge, you can get a full refund of that charge within 14 days. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
